General Return Policy;

All items are inspected prior to each sale. Returned items are to be returned in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging and tags attached and show no signs of wear. We recommend you try on clothing with clean hands and ensure the items do not come in contact with perfumes, or any other chemicals. Items that have been worn, altered, laundered are not eligible to be returned.

There are no refund/exchange/credit on face masks, socks & swimwear and pacifiers.

Online Return Policy:

Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund. Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage to the product. 

A  Return Authorization number must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Your return must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your RA number. The RA must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package to be returned.

To request a RA number, click on the "To initiate a return" link to receive a return authorization and return instructions. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return (Canada only). 

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products.

Sale items may be exchanged or returned for a store gift card within 5 days of receiving your order.  Items 50% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.

Items purchased online may be returned in-store. However, our in-store return policy will apply  (no refunds, store credit only)

USA & International Return Policy:

Additional information for USA & International Customers: 

International customers are required to pay for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipment. Please ensure that you ship with a tracking number and adequate shipping insurance.

To avoid incorrect customs and duty charged please mark your package as  "RETURNED UNWANTED CANADIAN MERCHANDISE" on the customs declaration form. Items that do not have this designation may be charged additional duties and fees which will be deducted from your refund.  

In-Store Return Policy:

All items may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Suits, sports jackets and sale items are for exchange/credit only.

All Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached.
