General Return Policy;

All items are inspected prior to each sale. Returned items are to be returned in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging and tags attached and show no signs of wear. We recommend you try on clothing with clean hands and ensure the items do not come in contact with perfumes, or any other chemicals. Items that have been worn, altered, laundered are not eligible to be returned.

There are no refund/exchange/credit on face masks, socks, hats, swimwear and pacifiers.

Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund. Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage to the product. 

To return an order, click on the "To initiate a return" link (at the bottom of our website). We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return.   You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving  your order.

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products.

Sale items may be exchanged or returned for a store gift card within 5 days of receiving your order.  Items 50% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes. ALL SALE ITEMS (AT ANY DISCOUNT) PURCHASED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 23 2022 AND NOVEMBER 27 2022 ARE FINAL SALE
