Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund. Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage to the product.
To return an order, click on the "To initiate a return" link (at the bottom of our website). We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products.
Items on sale 40% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes. All other sale items may be returned within 7 days for exchange or gift card.
