All items are inspected prior to each sale. Returned items are to be returned in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging and tags attached and show no signs of wear. We recommend you try on clothing with clean hands and ensure the items do not come in contact with perfumes, or any other chemicals. Items that have been worn, altered, laundered are not eligible to be returned.
There are no refund/exchange/credit on face masks, socks, hats, swimwear and pacifiers.

WE OFFER FREE ONLINE RETURNS
Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund. Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage to the product.
To return an order, click on the "To initiate a return" link (at the bottom of our website). We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products.
Items on sale 40% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes. All other sale items may be returned within 7 days for exchange or gift card.
Items purchased online may be returned in-store. However, our in-store return policy will apply (no refunds, store credit only)
All items purchased for holiday gifts may be returned before January 7 2023 for exchange or gift card. Gifts cards have no expiry date and can be used either in-store or online.
