Holiday Return Policy

All items purchased for holiday gifts may be returned before January 7 2022 for exchange or gift card. Gifts cards have no expiry date and can be used either in-store or online.

Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. Return authorization is required. Click on the "To initiate a return" link on the bottom of our website to receive a return authorization and return instructions.

We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return (Canada only). International customers are required to pay for return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene reasons, there is no refund/exchange/credit on face masks, socks, undergarments, pacifiers and drinking cups.
