Duties & Tariffs: All orders are shipped from Canada. Several of our products are made in Asia and may be subject to new U.S. import tariffs. There are no duties on orders under $800 unless the products are made in China. All items made in China have been removed from our US website. A 10% import Tariff may be applied. Please note that customers will be responsible for any duties/tariffs.

Online Return Policy (US):

Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund.  Sale items up to 40% may be returned for a store credit.  Sale items 40% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.  Hugo Boss and Emporio Armani Suits are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.  A return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.

Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage to the product.

To return an order, click on the "Request a Return" link (at the bottom of our website). You will be responsible for return shipping fees. All orders must be returned USPS with adequate insurance and tracking.  

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products.

In-Store Return Policy:

General Return Policy;

All items are inspected prior to each sale. Returned items are to be returned in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging and tags attached and show no signs of wear. We recommend you try on clothing with clean hands and ensure the items do not come in contact with perfumes, or any other chemicals. Items that have been worn, altered, laundered are not eligible to be returned.
