Return Policy
All regular priced items sold online and shipped may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All sale items sold online may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a gift card.
Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. Return authorization is required. Click on the "To initiate a return" link to receive a return authorization and return instructions.
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return (Canada only). International customers are required to pay for return shipping costs.
Due to hygiene reasons, there is no refund/exchange/credit on face masks.
