All items may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund. Sale items may be returned for a gift card.

Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. Return authorization is required. Click on the "To initiate a return" link to receive a return authorization and return instructions.

We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return (Canada only). International customers are required to pay for return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene reasons, there is no refund/exchange/credit on face masks, socks, undergarments, pacifiers and drinking cups.
