US Shipping and Returns
Online Return Policy (United States):
Regular priced items sold online are eligible for a full refund. Sale items 30% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage to the product.
To return an order, click on the "Request a Return" link (at the bottom of our website). You will be responsible for return shipping fees. All orders must be returned USPS with adequate insurance and tracking. You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products.
